Tina Lou Cowan Adams

Tina Lou Cowan Adams, 45, of Jefferson City, went home with the Lord on Sunday, November 20, 2016. She was born August 26, 1971, to Eddie Lee Cowan and Charlotte Evelyn Cowan Cavins. She is survived by one son, Eddie Ballard, Alaska; one daughter, Kimberly Cornett, Jefferson City; two granddaughters, Jocelyn Ballard and Riley Hopson; two brothers, Leonard Phillips Jr., Columbia and William Hale, Mayfield, Ky.; three sisters, Regina Hale, Paducah, Ky., Ronda Matthews, Benson, N.C., Ruth Cavins, Jefferson City; as well as aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her father, Eddie Lee Cowan. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
