Patricia Lea Thorpe

Patricia Lea Thorpe, 88, died on Sunday, February 29, 2016, at Thomas Hospital in Foley, Ala. Pat married Byron Burdette Thorpe on May 23, 1948, in Des Moines, Iowa. They were married for 67 years. They had three daughters, Donna Cilley of Scottsdale, Ariz., Karla Willett (Joseph) of Daphne, Ala., and Jodi Haupt (Dennis) of Sunrise Beach; 11 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be 1 p.m., Monday, March 7, at Kidwell-Garber Laurie/Sunrise Beach Chapel. Graveside services and interment will follow in Garber Memorial Estates Cemetery in Laurie.
