Kimberly Renee "Roberson" Lewis-Walton

Kimberly Renee Roberson Lewis-Walton, age 56, of Jefferson City, passed away Saturday, July 9, 2016 at the Harry S. Truman VA Hospital in Columbia. She was born November 27, 1959 in St. Louis, Mo. On December 14, 2001, she was united in marriage to Darrell A. Walton, who survives at the home. Kim proudly served our country in the Navy as a Yeoman. She was a member of the American Legion Post 5 in Jefferson City. She was employed with the State of Missouri as a Social Services caseworker for many years which is where she and Darrell first met. She enjoyed gardening and cooking. In addition to her husband, Darrell, Kimberly is survived by one son: Christopher Lewis of St. Louis, Mo.; and several friends whom she enjoyed spending time and enjoying her life with. Private burial was Wednesday, July 27, 2016 at the Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St. Louis, Mo. Expressions of sympathy may be made to the Samaritan Center Jefferson City.
