Patrick J. Morgan

Mr. Patrick J Morgan, age 39 years, of Jefferson City, Missouri, passed away Wednesday, January 27, 2016, at his home. Patrick was born December 24, 1976, in Grand Rapids, Minnesota, the son of Randall P. and Lynda L. (Teslow) Morgan. He was married on August 24, 2002, in Jefferson City, Missouri, to Carrie West. Patrick graduated from Aitkin High School in Aitkin, Minnesota, and Vail Tech in Arlington, Texas. He also attended Ridgewater Community College in Willmar, Minnesota. A resident of the Jefferson City area since 2010, Patrick owned and operated HydroFire Restoration Company. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church. Patrick enjoyed the outdoors, hunting and fishing, and his favorite place on earth was the Lake of the Ozarks. Most importantly, he loved spending time with his family, watching his children play sports and other activities. He loved watching football with Charlie and hunting with Addison. Survivors include: two children, Addison Paige Morgan and Charlie Keith Morgan, and their mother, Carrie Morgan, of Jefferson City, Missouri; his parents, Randy and Lynda Morgan, of Indianapolis, Indiana; one brother, Josh Morgan and his wife Paula of Fishers, Indiana; one sister, Juli Swanson and her husband John, and two nephews, James and Jett, of Fishers, Indiana; paternal grandmother, Betty Morgan of Grand Rapids, Minnesota; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by paternal grandfather, Jim Morgan, and his maternal grandparents, Harold and Alberta Teslow. Patrick will again be able to walk with his beloved dog, Captain Morgan, and his good buddy, John Fenner. Visitation will be at Freeman Mortuary from 12:00 Noon until 2:00 p.m., Sunday, January 31, 2016. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, January 31, 2016 in the Freeman Chapel with the Reverend Russ Bowder officiating.
