Donald Marshall

Captain Donald W. Marshall, age 95, of Versailles, a former resident of Sunrise Beach, died Sunday, January 24, 2016, at the Good Shepherd Care Center in Versailles. He is survived by his children, Floyd Epperson (Terry) of Roanoke Rapids, N.C., Gary Marshall (Cindy) of Lee's Summit, and Donna Abbott (Dean) of Ocean Shores, Wash.; one brother, 12 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Funeral and Masonic services will be 1 p.m., Thursday, January 28, at Kidwell-Garber Laurie/Sunrise Beach Chapel. Graveside service and interment with full military honors will follow in the Garber Memorial Estates Cemetery in Laurie.
