Emma Branch

Emma L. "Momma" Branch, 59, of Jefferson City, passed away on Friday, January 15, 2016, at Golden Living Center in Jefferson City. She was born on February 17, 1956 in Versailles, the daughter of Quincy Allen and Zelpha Ellen (Burnett) Weaver, both of whom preceded her in death. Emma thoroughly enjoyed life. Some of the things she loved to do is play bingo, sewing, bird watching, playing cards and loved to watch people singing karaoke; especially her daughter Rachal. She also loved to spend time with her daughter, son-in-law, step-grandkids, her "adopted" kids and all of her family. Emma was loving known by many as "Momma". She is survived by her daughter: Rachal Randolph (Scott) of Jefferson City; sisters: Judy Rehagen (Larry "Bogie" Haslag) of Jefferson City, June Stanley (Gilbert) of Jefferson City, Linda Mauzy (Keith) of Holts Summit; step-grandchildren: Amber, Scotty, Alex and Grace Randolph; three great-step-grandchildren; her grand dog, Mickey; many nieces, nephews and friends. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her life long companion and Rachal's dad: Truman Weaver; siblings: James Weaver, Ruth Pinet, and Mary Weaver; nephews: Bo Pinet and his wife Jackie, and David Huckelberry. Family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 23 at Houser-Millard Funeral Chapel. Memorial service will follow at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 23, 2016 at Houser-Millard Funeral Chapel with Chaplain Jim Gearhart officiating. Expressions of sympathy may be made to Emma's family.
