Jack E. Noble

Mr. Jack E. "Chuck" Noble III, age 58 years, of Holts Summit, Mo., passed away Wednesday, February 24, 2016, at University Hospital in Columbia, Mo., surrounded by his family. He was born on July 11, 1957 in Jefferson City, Mo., the son of Jack Elza Noble Jr. and Virginia Mae (Newkam) Noble. He was married on July 11, 1981 in Jefferson City, Mo., to Connie M. Hassler. Chuck was a lifelong resident of Jefferson City. He graduated from Jefferson City High School in 1975. He attended Lincoln University where he studied Business Administration. He worked as a carpenter/millwright for local Union #945 in Jefferson City, Mo. He then owned and operated Car-Fonics for more than 25 years. He was proud of and enjoyed his work and the people he met along the way. Chuck was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Jefferson City, Mo. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, go-kart racing, snuggling his pups, but most of all loved spending time with his family and many friends. He was kind hearted and always there for the ones he cared about. He was a proud daddy to his children and papa to his two grandsons. Nothing brought him more joy than time with his babies. Survivors include his wife of 35 years, Connie Noble; his son, Justin "J.T." Noble of Holts Summit, Mo.; his daughter, Kaitlyn Milne and her husband Travis of Jefferson City, Mo.; his brother, Kenny Lister and his wife Margaret of Jefferson City, Mo.; his sister, Callie Carroll of Fayetteville, N.C.; his aunt, Debra Noble Nash of Jefferson City, Mo.; and his two grandsons, Carter Benjamin Milne and Brady Anderson Milne. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jack E. and Virginia M. Noble. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 1, 2016 at Freeman Mortuary. A funeral service will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 2, 2016 in the Freeman Chapel with the Reverend Daniel Hilty officiating. Interment will be conducted at Riverview Cemetery in Jefferson City. Memorial contributions are suggested to the Jefferson City Animal Shelter or to the Callaway Hills Animal Shelter in Chuck's memory.
