Connie B. (Garcia) Light

Connie B. (Garcia) Light, 69, of California, Mo., passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 3, 2016, at the Villa Marie. She is survived by her two sons, Ronald Thomas (Johnonda) Light of Paris, Mo. and Wesley Thomas (Katie) Light of Jefferson City, Mo.; three grandchildren, Ja'Lisa (Freddie) Clark of Columbia, Mo., Deborah Light of Paris, Mo. and Alexandra Light of Jefferson City, Mo.; four great-grandchildren; one brother, Stevie (Aurelia) Garcia; three sisters, Dolores Cantu, of Corpus Christi, Inez (Don) Ashlock, of Holts Summit, Mo. and Jonelle Deal of Holts Summit; and a host of nephews and nieces. A private celebration of life will be held at a later date. "By serving God, she has landed in the arms of Jesus."
