Sandra Kay (Luten) Foster

Sandra Kay (Luten) Foster, 71, of Sunrise Beach, passed away Sunday, July 31, 2016 in her home. Survivors include her sister, Linda Cornelius and husband Bill of Wetumka, Okla.; two nephews, Clayton Theo and Wesley Watters Cornelius; four great-nieces and nephews, Taytum, Haylee, Ruger and Cheston; and her precious dog and best friend, Zalia.
