Robert H. Hoffmeyer

Robert H. "Bob" Hoffmeyer, 89, of Lake Waukomis, Mo., passed away Tuesday, October 27, 2015. Bob was a Navy veteran of World War II. He was an architectural draftsman in the early years for the state of Missouri in Jefferson City and later with Southwestern Bell. Bob was devoted to his family and loved living on the lake and all things about golf. Survivors include: his daughters, Dara (Larry) Russell, Tana (Eric) Cloepfil, Jody Kirk; sister, Carolyn Jean Bunch; five grandchildren and spouses; and six great-grandchildren. Bob will be greatly missed by his loving family and friends. He is now enjoying golf with Bonnie in heaven. He was preceded in death by: his parents, Oscar and Gladys Hoffmeyer; brother, Oscar Hoffmeyer Jr.; sister, Rosemary Brubaker; and son-in-law, Bill Kirk. A memorial visitation will be 2:00ñ3:30 p.m., Sunday, November 1, at Terrace Park Cemetery Lakeside Chapel, 169 Hwy and Shoal Creek Parkway, Kansas City, Mo.
