Jerry D. Forsythe

Jerry D. Forsythe, 53, Eldon, Mo., passed away March 26, 2015, at Lake Region Health Center in Osage Beach, Mo. Survivors include: his wife, Harriet; two sons, Jerry Forsythe Jr., Samuel Evans Forsythe; one daughter, Heather Forsythe; four brothers, Willie Forsythe, Eddie Forsythe, Michael Forsythe, Brian Forsythe; two sisters, Shelia Beckner, Brenda Orton Forsythe; and three grandchildren. Visitation will be Saturday, April 4, 2015, from 12-1 p.m. Memorial services will follow at 1 p.m., all at Bowlin-Cantriel Funeral Services. Memorials are suggested to the Family of Jerry Forsythe c/o the funeral home.
