Rhonda Marie Kelley

Rhonda Marie Kelley, 56, of New Bloomfield, passed away on Wednesday, March 25, 2015, at her home. Rhonda was born November 20, 1958, in Des Moines, Iowa, to Vincent and Yvonne LaCour Ramirez. She was a 1976 graduate of Ottumwa High School in Ottumwa, Iowa and later graduated with an Associate's Degree from Sonoma State College in Sonoma, Calif. Rhonda was an avid gardener, talented musician and she enjoyed being outdoors and doing crafts, along with quilting and crocheting, but her greatest love was her family. She was proud of her 16 years of sobriety and of her association with the Jefferson City Sunset Alcoholics Anonymous Group. Survivors include: her mother, Yvonne (Bill) McKinney; daughters, Sarah Johnson of Lawrence, Kan. and Saydie Eakins of Belleville, Ill.; brothers, Allen Ramirez and Rob (Corina) Ramirez; sisters, Kathleen (Kevin) Ramirez-Garwood and Juanita (Josh) OGridley; grandchildren, Shonyce, Deja and Joan Johnston, Tyler Love and Juliana Eakins.
