Maribeth R. Haulenbeek

Maribeth R. Haulenbeek, 44, of Jefferson City, passed away Wednesday, July 15, 2015, at Capital Region Medical Center. She was born June 24, 1971, in St. Louis, Missouri, a daughter of William James "Jim" Ritter and Janet (Hood) Ritter. She was a 1989 graduate of Jefferson City High School. On April 1, 1995, Maribeth was united in marriage at St. Peter Catholic Church in Jefferson City, to Frank Haulenbeek, who survives at their home. Maribeth worked for the Missouri Department of Labor in the Division of Workers Compensation for almost 20 years. She loved her dogs, and enjoyed playing cards, and swimming. Most of all, she loved her family. Along with her husband Frank, Maribeth is also survived by twin sons: Matthew and Curtis Haulenbeek of the home; son: Shayne Haulenbeek of the home; mother: Janet Ritter of Jefferson City; father and step-mother: Jim and Pamela Ritter of Rogers, Arkansas; three siblings: Tim Ritter (wife Jackie) of Jefferson City, Lisa Abdon (husband Michael) of Boonville, Jay Ritter (wife Leanna) of Holts Summit; and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. Friends will be received from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Sunday, July 19, 2015, at the Houser-Millard Funeral Home, with a Prayer Service to be held at 1:45 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, July 20, 2015, at St. Peter Catholic Church, with Fr. CÈsar Anicama officiating. Interment will follow at Hawthorn Memorial Gardens. Expressions of sympathy may be made to the American Cancer Society for Breast Cancer Research.
