Carole Ann Hirsch

Carole Ann Hirsch, age 53 years, of Jefferson City, Mo., died Tuesday, December 1, 2015, at her parents' home. Carole was born August 26, 1962 in Jefferson City, Mo., the daughter of Donald L. and Helen Oligschlaeger Hirsch. A lifelong resident of the Jefferson City area, Carole was a 1980 graduate of Helias High School and a 1984 graduate of Lincoln University with a degree in music education. She was employed as a music teacher at St. Stanislaus School in Wardsville for over 28 years and also served as the music director at Immaculate Conception Church for the past two years. Carole was a member of Immaculate Conception Church. Survivors include: her parents, Don and Helen Hirsch; three brothers, Paul D. Hirsch and his wife Sheila of Jefferson City, Mo.; Larry B. Hirsch of Jefferson City, Mo.; and Gerald L. Hirsch and his wife Angela of Jefferson City, Mo.; three nephews and one niece, Holden Hirsch, Connor Hirsch, Stephen Hirsch, and Anna Hirsch. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Leo and Angeline Hirsch, and her maternal grandparents, Ben and Alma Oligschlaeger. Visitation will be at Immaculate Conception Church from 4:00 until 7:00 p.m., Friday, December 4, 2015, with a prayer service to be conducted at 3:30 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, December 5, 2015 at Immaculate Conception Church with the Reverends Don Antweiler, Gregory L. Meystrik and I.C. Medina concelebrating. Entombment will be held in the Mausoleum of Resurrection Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Immaculate Conception Church or St. Stanislaus School.
