Judy Ann Twehus

Judy Ann Twehus, 71, of Holts Summit, passed away on Saturday, August 22, 2015, at Capital Region Medical Center. She was born on June 24, 1944, in Vienna, Missouri, the daughter of James and Gladys (Bell) Noblett, both of whom preceded her in death. She was married on January 27, 1968, in Jefferson City to William S. Twehus Jr. who survives at the home. She attended school in Vienna. Judy was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church in Jefferson City. She loved traveling and spending time visiting with family and especially loved being with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Besides her husband of 47 years, she is survived by her three children, Debbra Gieck (Mike Rice) of Iberia, Richard Daniels and Brenda Larimore (Joseph) of Jefferson City; one sister: Louise Lammers (Billy) of Rolla; one brother: Gene Noblett (Dorathleen) of Belle; nine grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two sisters: Jeanette Noblett and Allene Dunham; two brothers: Leonard Noblett and James Noblett. Family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, August 25, 2015, at Houser-Millard Funeral Chapel in Jefferson City with a prayer service at 3:30 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 26, 2015, at St. Peter Catholic Church with Fr. Greg Meystrik officiating. Interment will be follow at Hawthorn Memorial Gardens. Expressions of sympathy may be made to the charity of donor's choice.
