Barry K. Henry, 61, of Jefferson City, passed away peacefully on Monday, July 27, 2015, surrounded by his family. Barry was born on October 22, 1953, in Pa., son of Kenneth and Penny Henry. He was an ordained minister for 30 years, worked as the Regional Director of Church World Service, R.R. Donnelly and most recently ALPLA. Barry was an avid fly fisherman who enjoyed fishing the local Binder and McKay lakes. FlyFish for life was the motto he lived by and displayed on his Jeep. Barry was a hardworking, loving husband, father, and grandfather who enjoyed getting together with his family for fish fry's and dessert. A great man who will be greatly missed. He is survived by his mother, Penny Henry; his wife of 42 years, Beverly Henry; their son Justin (Heather) Henry; daughter, Jenessa Henry (Timothy Gardner); son Jevin (Lauren) Henry; six grandchildren, Ayden Henry, Sidney Fout, Evin Henry, Emma Clark, Ava Henry and Tirese Gardner; his niece Sonya Henry Cuomo and her family. He was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Henry; and brother Brad Henry. Visitation will be held on Friday, August 14, 2015, at Binder Park lake deck from 4-7 p.m.
