Violet Dake

Violet Dake, 84, of Winfield, formerly of Dixon, died Friday, July 31, 2015, in the Elsberry Health Care Center, Elsberry. Survivors include: one son and daughter-in-law, Gary and Barbara Dake of Imperial; one daughter and son-in-law, Deborah and Steve Perry, Winfield; four grandchildren, one step-grandchild, five great-grandchildren, and two step-great-grandchildren. Visitation will be 10-11 a.m., with the funeral service at 11 a.m., all on Tuesday, August 4, in the Long-Kloeppel Funeral Chapel, Dixon. Interment will be in the Wheeler Cemetery near Dixon. Memorials are suggested to the American Heart Association.
