William Denver Payne Jr.

William "Bill" Denver Payne Jr., 56, of Richland, Mo., passed away Tuesday, April 14, 2015, at his home. Survivors include: his wife, Toni Jo Payne; two biological twin children, Connie Jo Payne-Warman, Donny Joe Payne; generic kids, Randy Gene Phillips Sr., Tammy Phillips, Madison Phillips; five grandchildren; two generic grandchildren; a special cousin, Charlie Payne; his paternal mother-in-law, Marie Payne; and several other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held from 5-7 p.m., Friday, April 17, 2015, and at 1 p.m. until time of service at 2 p.m., Saturday, April 18, 2015, in the Memorial Chapel of Richland. Burial will follow in the Hazelgreen Cemetery near Richland, Mo.
