William Franklin Welch

William Franklin Welch, 53, of California, Mo., passed away, Sunday, December, 7, 2014, at Villa Marie Nursing Home in Jefferson City after a lengthy illness. Frank worked at Mike Jenkins saw mill for most of his life. Survivors include: his siblings, Diana (Dale) Fletcher, Rita (Tom) Lindenbusch, Brenda (Mark) Hood, and Faith Trower. He was preceded in death by: his parents, Clarence and Darlene Welch; and brother, Brian Keith Welch. Services will be Saturday, December 13, 2014, at 10:30 a.m., Windmill Ridge Funeral Service in California Mo.
