Linda Sue Kirchhoff

Linda Sue (Kiesling) Kirchhoff, 64, of California, Mo., passed away Sunday, November 25, 2012, surrounded by her loved ones. She was born on December 13, 1947, in California, Mo., to Edward and Florence (Baer) Kiesling both of whom preceded her in death. Linda was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church and attended California High School. Through the years Linda worked at Jimmy's Drive-In, Stride Rite and Burger's Smokehouse for 10 years retiring in 2005. Most recently, Linda enjoyed giving all her Facebook friends and family a daily message. She also enjoyed fishing, collecting Denim Days, baking, canning vegetables and eating turnips. Most of all she enjoyed family gatherings and spending time with her kids and her "little ones". Linda is survived by two sons, Mike Garrison (Karen) of Granby, Mo., Randy Garrison of California, Mo.; three daughters, Debbie Rosslan (Jerry) of Wardsville, Mo., Norma Dearixon (David) of California, Mo., Pam Basnett (Jamie) of Russellville, Mo.; 13 grandchildren, Amber, Tiffany, Morgan, Jathan, Kelcee, Lizzie, Luke, Kade, Bryan, Amanda, Cassie, Adrianna and K'Lea; seven great-grandchildren, Michael, Nathaniel, Samuel, Bentely, Raegen, Zander, Sydnee; five brothers, Ronald Kiesling (Joyce) of Clarksburg, Mo., Dean Kiesling, Harold Kiesling (Sallie), Paul Kiesling (Carolyn) and Kenny Kiesling all of California, Mo.; five sisters, Betty Schrader, Mary Oesterly (Gary), Joyce Rex (William), Ruth Coale (Jerry) all of California and Sharon Ocheskey (Gordon) of Bonnots Mill, Mo. She was preceded in death by three brothers, David, Richard and Dwight Kiesling. The family will receive friends at St. Paul's Lutheran Church on Wednesday, November 28, 2012, from 4:00-8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m., on Thursday, November 29, 2012, at St. Paul's Lutheran Church with Rev. Dr. Peter Kurowski officiating.
