Ruby Marie (Serl) Jobe, 89, of Jefferson City passed away on Thursday, July 19, 2012, at Oak Tree Villas, Jefferson City, Mo. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m., Saturday, July 21, at Phillips Funeral Home, Eldon, Mo. with visitation from 1:30-2:30 p.m. A complete obituary will appear in Saturday's paper.
