Carol Schwartze

Carol Schwartze (nee Edwards) 62, of Holts Summit, passed away Thursday, April 19, 2012, in Jefferson City. Mrs. Schwartze, daughter of the late Frank Edwards and wife Christine (nee Gentry) was born May 13, 1949, in Caruthersville. On September 25, 1999, she was united in marriage to John Schwartze in Jefferson City. Mrs. Schwartze is survived by her husband, John Schwartze of Holts Summit; her son, Tony Ruck of Perryville; her daughter, Tina Ruck of Perryville; two step-sons, Doug Schwartze and wife Anne of Chamois and Nathan Schwartze and wife Teddi of Jefferson City; four brothers, Franklin Edwards and wife Carol of Lonedell, Eddie Edwards of Park Hills, Delbert Edwards and wife Dana of Morrison and Ralph Edwards and wife Carol of Wentzville; eight grandchildren; one great-grandchild; nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Christine Edwards. Visitation will be held 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 22, 2012 at Midlawn Funeral Home, Union. Funeral services will be held 12:00 noon on Monday, April 23, 2012 at Midlawn Funeral Home, Union with Pastor Stan Gibson officiating.
