Robert Rustemeyer Jr.

Robert Anthony Rustemeyer Jr., 26, of Portland, Mo., passed away on Monday, October 24, 2011, in Portland. He was born in Columbia, Mo., the son of Robert Anthony Rustemeyer Sr. and the late Angela Cheryl (McGonigal) Rustemeyer. Robert was a member of Pleasant Hill Free-Methodist Church in Portland. He was a 2004 graduate of South Callaway High School and he loved to hunt and fish. In addition to his father, Robert is survived by a girlfriend, Jamie Murrell, of Portland; one son, Bryan Rustemeyer, of Paris, Mo.; three daughters, Kadyn Rustemeyer, Keirah Rustemeyer, and Brianna Horn, all of Portland; one brother, Timothy Rustemeyer, of Fulton, Mo.; one sister, Samantha Rustemeyer, of Russellville, Mo.; grandparents, Richard and Betty Smith of Portland, Stanley and Joann Rustemeyer of Jefferson City, Mo., and Mary Rustemeyer of Jefferson City; good friends, Charles Bell and wife, Brenda, of Portland, Lance Brown of Portland, and Roger Murrell of Mokane, Mo.; two best friends, Sam and Wayne Dotson of Herman, Mo.; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, October 28, 2011, at Pleasant Hill Free-Methodist Church in Portland with Reverend Dan Slater officiating. Visitation will be from 5:00-7:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 27, 2011, at Maupin Funeral Home in Fulton, Mo. Interment will be held at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Portland.
