Debra Son

Debra L. Son, 56, of Holts Summit, passed away Friday, December 2, 2011, at her home. She was born on December 25, 1954, in Jefferson City, Mo., to Basil and Marie Son. She was the caregiver to her mother and father until their deaths. Debra was engaged to Emmett Hughes of Jefferson City. He preceded her in death on July 4, 2007. She loved his two daughters Brandi Hughes of Tebbetts, Mo. and lived happily with his daughter Jennifer Moon, her husband Timothy and their three children Cody Moon, Jesse Moon and Joseph Hughes. Debra loved her dog, Snowball, and enjoyed reading, knitting, and hanging out with friends. She brought the Hughes and Moon families much joy in their lives. She will be missed.
