Dorothy (O'Haver) McMinn, age 92, of Vienna, died Thursday, May 6, 2021, in Maries Manor. She was born September 2, 1928, a daughter of Thomas and Beatrice (Williams) O'Haver, who preceded her in death. Survivors: Her husband, John; daughters, Patricia, and Linda; six grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
