Keith Conrad Juergensmeyer, age 52, of Meta, passed away on Tuesday, January 19, 2021, at his home surrounded by his family. He was born in Jefferson City on September 24, 1968, son of Norbert and Dorothy (Schroeder) Juergensmeyer. On October 3, 1992, Keith was united in marriage to Dana Kirsch, who survives at their home. Keith was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and had a knack for drawing. He loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren who he made a point to talk to everyday. Keith never knew a stranger and always looked forward to visits with friends and family. He was a member of St. Cecilia Catholic Church in Meta. Keith was employed with various companies including Scholastics, Von Hoffmann Press, and DeLongs in Jefferson City. His most recent employment was with the Missouri Highway Patrol for 20 years. In addition to his wife, Dana, he is also survived by three children, Briana Dickneite (Stephen) of St. Elizabeth, Lance Juergensmeyer of Meta, and Maria Juergensmeyer of Meta; two grandchildren, Brantley and Brynnlei Dickneite; his third grandchild is due in May; mother, Dorothy Juergensmeyer; siblings: Anita Hagenhoff (Rick) of Koeltztown, Joan Henson of Dixon, Grace Bruemmer (Rocky) of Wardsville, Doug Juergensmeyer (Jennifer) of Koeltztown, Phylis Voss (Gary) of St. Elizabeth, Rita Sherrill (Al) of Memphis, Tennessee, and Gayla Ocheskey (Brian) of Frankenstein; and numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Norbert Juergensmeyer on January 15, 2021; four siblings, Thomas, Ross, Wanda and Andrew Juergensmeyer; and brother-in-law, Steve Henson. Visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m., with a prayer service at 4 p.m., on Monday, January 25, at St. Cecilia Catholic Church in Meta. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, January 26, at St. Cecilia Catholic Church in Meta with Fr. Leonard Mukiibi officiating. Interment will be held in St. Boniface Catholic Cemetery in Koeltztown. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Education Fund for Keith's grandchildren.
