SEDALIA — The Lewis and Clark eighth-grade boys basketball team used a 20-2 run Monday to pull away to a 43-28 win against Sedalia Smith-Cotton Middle School.

Imran Din-Gabisi finished with a double-double of 17 points and 17 rebounds, adding five steals for the Trailblazers.

Brody Johns also reached double figures with 12 points, while Brody Center scored eight points and Jacob Wilson added seven points and eight rebounds.

Lewis and Clark (5-1) hosts Lange Middle School at 6 p.m. next Friday.
