SEDALIA - The Helias Lady Crusaders claimed four singles matches and two doubles matches to take a Central Missouri Activities Conference win Wednesday against the Sedalia Smith-Cotton Lady Tigers.
Hannah Meystrik and Catie Meystrik paired to win their No. 2 doubles match 8-3, with both also winning their singles matchup. Hannah Meystrik took an 8-5 win at No. 3 singles, while Catie Meystrik beat her No. 5 singles opponent 8-3.
Mary Lorang and Sydney Drinkard teamed to win their No. 3 doubles matchup 8-2. Lorang also beat her No. 4 singles match 8-6, while Drinkard took an 8-3 win at No. 6 singles.
Samantha Schlacks and Lily Delk fell 3-8 at No. 1 doubles. Schlacks lost 2-8 at No. 1 singles and Delk lost 4-8 at No. 2 singles.
Helias (6-6) will host Francis Howell Central at 3:30 p.m. today.
