NEW HAVEN - The South Callaway Lady Bulldogs used a big third quarter Thursday night to top New Haven 58-39.
New Haven led 17-12 after one quarter before South Callaway carried a 28-27 advantage into halftime. The Lady Bulldogs then outscored the Shamrocks 21-3 in the third quarter to take a 49-30 lead.
DeLaney Horstman finished with 26 points to pace South Callaway. Raegan Brown added 18 for the Lady Bulldogs, while Paige Clubb totaled 10 points.
South Callaway (8-1) will play Saturday at Fulton. Game time is 1 p.m.
