LINN — The Linn Lady Wildcats jumped on the Calvary Lutheran Lions early and ran away with an 82-29 win Tuesday.

Linn led 35-2 after the first quarter, 51-16 at halftime and 76-24 entering the final eight minutes.

Claire Baker scored a game-high 24 points for the Lady Wildcats and Aushara Hostetler added 23 points in the win.

Calvery Lutheran was led by Sydney Morris with 11 points. Izzy Chilambo also scored six points for the Lady Lions.

Calvary Lutheran (2-5) plays Thursday at Chamois.

Linn (7-4) is back in action Friday at Eugene.
