OSAGE BEACH — The Eldon Lady Mustangs, the No. 1 seed in the Class 3 District 9 Tournament, began their postseason Tuesday with a 25-8, 25-12, 25-15 semifinal win against the Warsaw Lady Wildcats.

Caroline Beckmann had a team-high 13 kills for Eldon, while Addie Davis had 29 assists. Haley Henderson finished with eight digs and Addie Davis and Tatum Frank served six and five aces, respectively.

In Tuesday's other semifinal, the School of the Osage Lady Indians swept the California Lady Pintos 25-23, 33-31, 25-22.

California, the No. 2 seed, ends the season with a 24-7-1 record.

Thursday's district championship match will be between Eldon (23-5-1) and third-seeded Osage (17-12-1). First serve is scheduled for 6 p.m.
