Two articles in the Nov. 2 News Tribune should receive more attention, as both impact Missourians and the country's democracy, which seems to be in serious jeopardy under the Biden administration.
Catholic Charities is resettling 300 Afghan evacuees to new homes locally, in the next 2-4 months. One article states citizens' role is to address their needs, educate and guide to "empower" them! Which is defined as - to authorize with legal power! Is it charity or taxpayer theft?
"Welcome.US," the George Soros organization working with 300 global organizations, is working tirelessly to resettle worldwide migrants to America. More than 400,000 were expected in October and November. Many, are dropped in the middle of the night in Republican states. The Democrats, in opening our borders, have one goal in mind: to fast-track citizenship and voting rights to migrants that would permanently lead to one-party rule - theirs. Over $200 billion was hidden for that purpose in the 2,500-page "infrastructure bill" that the parliamentarian rejected, but Democrats inserted it again. Now, Democrats reduced the bill from covering 10 years to two to further hide the real cost!
Border agents have been switched from protecting the border to processing captured migrants. Supposedly, numbers crossing are seven times the capture rate, which is approaching 2 million. Now, President Biden proposes giving each migrant separated from family $450,000; a million per family. Peter Doocy questioned Biden on this and he had no recollection of his policy!
The second article dealt with drawing equity voting districts based on population or citizenship. When put to the voters in November, they approved language that stated "one person, one vote." I understand that to mean, under-age and non-citizens should not be counted in districts, or voting, until of legal age or attainment of citizenship! Democrats proposed voting with no ID, no purging of voter rolls, same-day registration voting (that could transport people to multiple voting areas), mass mail out ballots and a federal government takeover of our elections.
Illegals are able to claim benefits through illegitimate or expired Social Security numbers (USA Today, March 19, 2021). If people, who don't speak our language, know our laws and Constitution and vote, they'll support Democrats - the party that ignores immigration laws, mandates citizen vaccines that kills jobs/economy/fossil fuels, defunds police, disregards public safety and places enormous financial burdens on citizens!
