Dear Editor:
Give our country justice, O God and plead our cause against a faithless nation. From the deceitful and cunning, rescue us.
Deceitful and cunning describe this cancel culture administration. Anything, any way to accomplish their progressive, liberal ideology.
Destroy our Democratic-republic government, the Constitution, our Bill of Rights, law and order, religion, education, elections, respect for the flag.
The Democrats in Washington, D.C., condone the immigration crisis, the riots, destruction that have gone on for years, and the election fraud 2020.
They want to defund the police, the rule of law. What we need is more police, more agents, more undercover cops to curb crime, destruction, drugs, gangs, killings. Instead of catch and release, we need "stop and search." Oh, my bad, that is against the law!
It is also against the law for our government to take away our Second Amendment, the right of the people to keep and bear arms.
The House of Representatives just passed two bills, more restricted background checks on firearms sales. Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Sen. Chuck Schumer have been working on gun legislation since 1990. President Biden is anti-gun, even bragging, "Bingo! You're right, if you have an assault weapon," when a reporter asked, "if a Biden administration means they're going to come for my guns." Former U.S. Rep. Beto O'Rourke said: "Hell yes, we're going to take your AR-15, your AK-47."
In the May 3, 2018, USA Today, U.S. Rep. Eric Swalwell advocated banning assault weapons, buy them back and going after resisters.
Just before the new year, Biden stated, "Gun violence is a national health crisis." His transition team met with the ATF and issued threats of executive action on guns. They are plotting to enact sweeping gun bans and establish a national firearms registry. As we all know, registration is the first step to confiscation.
Biden has shown us through his actions over the years that he wants to destroy the Second Amendment.
The House Democrat Caucus is anxious to pass its destructive policies and send them to Biden for him to sign.
Adam Schiff introduced legislation to expand domestic terrorism laws.
So now conservatives and gun owners are domestic terrorists? Yes, according to the political left! I will not give up my gun! Will you? To death will I part.
