If you are thinking about putting an end to it all, don't do it. You are special, there is only one of you! You are here to do amazing things, even if you or others can't see or understand the amazing things you do just by being alive and a part of this wild, crazy world we live in.
If you ever feel so overwhelmed that you feel you can't go on, find someone to talk to about how you are feeling. No problem is so overwhelming that it can't be solved with a little help. We all need help from time to time.
Never turn you back on someone in need! Just remember but for the Grace of God above it could be you and you are the one in need!
We all need to help and support each other, that is the way to make the world a better place for all and forget the me, me and only me way of life.
Have a happy and blessed Thanksgiving and a very Merry Christmas from the Steinman household.
