The Missouri Department of Transportation will close one lane of Missouri 52 in various locations of Miller and Maries counties over the next two weeks in order to improve drainage.
MoDOT will be replacing culvert pipes between Missouri 17 in Tuscumbia and Missouri 133 in Maries County until Feb. 8. One lane will be closed 7 a.m.-3 p.m. through that time.
Flaggers will be in place to guide motorists through the work area.
The work is being done in preparation for a pavement overlay project on Missouri 52, scheduled to take place in 2022.
The work is weather permitting and could be delayed.
