Take today's Constitution quiz (Sept. 19)

The News Tribune and the Daughters of the American Revolution are partnering for this year's Constitution Week, which commemorates the famous U.S. document. Constitution Week runs Sept. 17-23.

Test your knowledge of the Constitution by taking our daily quizzes at newstribune.com. If you provide your email after taking the quizzes, you will be entered into a drawing to win four raffle baskets. The winners of the raffle baskets will be announced on Sept. 24.

The following facts were provided by the local chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution.

Article 3 creates the judicial branch, which focuses on the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court is made up of a chief justice and eight other judges. The federal courts belong to this branch, but the Supreme Court decides on certain federal court cases, reviews lower court decisions, and is responsible for interpreting the laws set forth by the U.S. Constitution.
