East High Street in Jefferson City will be closed at the Riverside Drive intersection starting Monday.
Missouri American Water Company will be conducting water line work on East High Street.
The closure will begin at 8 a.m. Monday, and the road is anticipated to reopen late afternoon Tuesday, weather permitting.
Other construction-related closures along East High Street between Locust and East McCarty streets will occur through the end of the summer. Road closed and detour signs will be posted.
