A Jefferson City man has been charged with first-degree statutory rape and other crimes for alleged incidents dating as far back as January 2019.

Aaron Mosley, 28, is also charged with first-degree sodomy, second-degree child molestation and first-degree endangering the welfare of a child.

Mosley reportedly inappropriately touched and had sexual contact with the victim, a juvenile relative, at a residence in the 900 block of Harding Street, according to a Jefferson City Police Department probable cause statement.

When questioned by authorities, Mosley allegedly admitted to one incident but claimed it was the only time anything had happened between the two.
