Missouri man arrested for illegal drugs in Moniteau County

A Missouri man was arrested Saturday in Moniteau County for possession of illegal drugs.

Deputies were asked to check the well-being of Justin Bigler, 30, of Lone Jack, who was possibly driving in the California area, as family members had not had any contact with him and were concerned, according to Moniteau County Sheriff's Department reports.

Deputies eventually saw Bigler driving on Route O in California and stopped him for a lane violation.

Deputies later learned Bigler was on parole for possession of a controlled substance. Deputies searched the vehicle and allegedly found marijuana, methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
