The 69th Jefferson City Jaycees Cole County Fair runs from July 29 through Aug. 3 at the Jefferson City Jaycees Fairgrounds, 1445 Fairgrounds Road.

The fair's theme is "It's All Fun!"

The gates will open at 5 p.m. July 29 through Aug. 2 and at 11 a.m. Aug. 3. This year, the fair will have a Saturday matinée Aug. 3, where attendees can ride for $1 each from 1-4 p.m.

People can purchase tickets at the fair for $1 for July 29, $10 for July 30 through Aug. 1 and $15 for Aug. 2-3.

Children 10 years old and younger get free admission with an adult-paid admission, except on July 29, according to the Jefferson City Jaycees Cole County Fair Facebook page.

All arena events and entertainment are free with paid admission.

The schedule of main stage and grandstand entertainment events, as well as 4-H and FFA events, is as follows.

Monday, July 29

  • Opening ceremony — 5:45 p.m.
  • 4-H and FFA royalty coronation — 6:15 p.m.
  • 4-H and FFA market beef show — 6:30 p.m.
  • Little Mr. and Miss Cole County — 7 p.m.
  • Mid-America Tractor Pulling Association Tractor Pull — 7 p.m.
  • Five Turn Knot performance — 8 p.m.

Tuesday, July 30

  • 4-H and FFA market goat show — 5 p.m.
  • 4-H and FFA market sheep show — 5:30 p.m.
  • 4-H and FFA market swine show — 6 p.m.
  • Bocce ball tournament — 7 p.m.
  • Lil Monster Trucks — 7 p.m.
  • Joe Lasher Jr. performance — 9:30 p.m.

Wednesday, July 31

  • 4-H and FFA market livestock auction — 6 p.m.
  • Bocce ball tournament — 7 p.m.
  • Glory Days Rodeo — 7:30 p.m.
  • Ricochet performance — 9:30 p.m.

Thursday, Aug. 1

  • 4-H and FFA clover kids small animals — 8:30 a.m.
  • 4-H and FFA making memories at the fair and agriland — 9 a.m.
  • 4-H and FFA clover kids small animal show — 9 a.m.
  • 4-H and FFA fun dog show — 9:30 a.m.
  • 4-H and FFA bucket calf show — 10 a.m.
  • 4-H and FFA breeding swine show — 6 p.m.
  • Glory Days Rodeo Bull Riding — 7 p.m.
  • Washers tournament — 7 p.m.
  • James Otto performance — 9:30 p.m.

Friday, Aug. 2

  • 4-H and FFA ham auction and breakfast — 7 a.m.
