Several gyms in the area offer aspects that fitness guru Holly Geisler likes, but none have all of the services in one location.

That's where T3 Fitness hopes to make its name in Jefferson City.

Geisler hopes to open T3 Fitness at 605 Heisinger Road within the next three months.

In the basement, T3 Fitness will offer a 24-hour fitness center. The first floor will contain rooms for various classes like boxing, HIIT and spin, as well as child care and a patio area for bootcamp-like activities. The top level will have yoga and barre classes as well as a sauna. There will also be locker rooms, bathrooms and showers throughout the facility.

Having been in the fitness industry for a few years, Geisler said, she is excited to bring these amenities all under one roof.

"Teaching is one of my favorite things to do, so just to be able to bring something that has all of these options in one place is even more exciting," said Geisler, a certified instructor specializing in group classes and kickboxing.

Offering all of these services in one location could be intimidating to some people, though, Geisler said. That's why she will offer daily workouts displayed on the TVs in the 24-hour fitness center that gym members can follow.

"Not knowing or understanding what the right things are to do in a gym can be overwhelming and kind of deter people from working out for that day or not getting something in that they could," she said. "So offering a structure of what type of workout you can have for the day allows somebody who doesn't have a weight room understanding to have something to follow, or you can focus on a particular body part for that day."

The gym will also have various certified trainers, Geisler said.

The building, which previously housed Culligan of Jefferson City, has everything Geisler envisioned in a fitness studio.

Each room has its own entries and exits so people don't have to walk through and disrupt classes. The 24-hour fitness center has its own exterior entry and exit so gym members can come and go at all hours. The view for the yoga classes is breath-taking, creating a calming atmosphere.

"It was such a perfect fit," Geisler said. "I couldn't have asked for a better location, and it's as if it was almost set up for a fitness facility."

The building will still need a complete facelift to make it look more modern, Geisler said.

T3 Fitness will offer various gym memberships, as well as discounts for military personnel and first responders.

Geisler said she has not set prices for the gym yet.
