Jeff Lubbell was one of several speakers at Thursday's annual Housing Conference at Capital West Event Center. The event was open to the public and involved a number of representatives of local non-profit agencies, realtors, elected officials and many more. The goal is to find solutions to housing and related issues. Speakers talked about ideas and implentations in other communities, how they worked or didn't work and what changes could help those ideas succeed.
