The HALO Art Auction returns Saturday for an evening of fun.

The event will be held from 6:30-11 p.m. in north Jefferson City at the Capital Bluffs Event Center, 1616 Oil Well Road.

Attendees can bid on silent and live auction items, enjoy live music, hear from special guests and experience the HALO documentary short film premiere of "Caylin." Honorary co-chairs this year are Kelli and Scott Jones and Greg and Megan Homeyer.

There will also be a Golden Ticket raffle for $50 a ticket where you can enter for a chance to win a seven-night vacation for up to four guests. The winner gets to choose the location from a list of options. The winner will beannounced at the end of the event. Be sure to get your ticket early; there are only 150 tickets being sold.

Since 2005, HALO has provided housing, healing and education for homeless and at-risk children. They have learning centers and housing programs in Kansas City and Jefferson City. They also support orphanages and programs in Kenya, Uganda and Mexico.
