Two rallies Tuesday at the Missouri Capitol illustrated the ongoing debate over the state initiative petition process.
The Missouri Voter Protection Coalition (MOVPC) had an annual voter rights lobby day which focused heavily against initiative petition reform, while the Missouri Freedom Caucus supporters protested a floor above an hour later.
