Workforce development and infrastructure will again be priorities Missouri's governor stresses today during his annual State of the State address.

Gov. Mike Parson is scheduled to present the speech at 3 p.m. in the House of Representatives chamber at the state Capitol. It will be open to the public and streamed live online.
