Protesters interrupt Israeli consul general’s speech; one arrested

Capitol Police arrested one protester who was among several who interrupted a speech Tuesday from Israeli Consul General Maor Elbaz-Starinksy in the Missouri House.

The Legislature convened a joint session of the House and the Senate for the speech, in which Elbaz-Starinsky talked about Israel's history and relationship with Missouri.
