Capitol Commission sets budget for renovation master plan

The Missouri State Capitol Commission set a budget for Capitol renovations Thursday after weeks of disagreement.

The resolution, passed unanimously, states the renovation project will have a maximum budget of $595 million and authorizes the commission to hire a consultant if necessary.
