Randy Hoselton won his spot Tuesday on the Jefferson City Council.
Hoselton won the Ward 3 seat with 395 votes (58 percent), while incumbent Councilman Jack Deeken received 285 votes (nearly 42 percent) of the 680 total votes cast, according to unofficial election night results.
