A Texas woman was charged this week in Cole County as a fugitive from justice.
Jacqueline Harrison, 55, was arrested and charged as an out-of-state fugitive Tuesday. Court records state she had been charged with felony assault in Denton County, Texas, before she was discovered in Mid-Missouri.
The court began considering the extradition process Wednesday.
