A 16-year-old Jefferson City boy sustained minor injuries Tuesday afternoon in a Cole County crash.
Driving south on Shamrock Road at Gobes Lane, the minor drove off the right side of the road, hit a tree and overturned the Kia Forte he was driving.
The teen was wearing a seatbelt and was transported to SSM St. Mary's Hospital by Cole County EMS, according to the Missouri Highway Patrol crash report.
The crash occurred at 4 p.m. and the vehicle was totaled.
